WHAT IS THE CORRECT DEPARTMENT THAT DETAILS WITH REVOLVING LOANS

Despite having various accounts with FNB, that includes Loan revolving account which I don’t use it. However, now I have been debited an amount of R69.03. I am surprised with that deduction, so therefore I called your Premier Suite call centre for further explanation. On that conversation, I spoke to a lady who was full equipped on my inquires, but could not answer further on the revolving account and She advised that, the loans department will be able to answer me. Subsequently to that, she transferred me to Darryl Du Plessis (Loans) department, who told me that I need to go back to the Premier Suites again. Now I am confused on which department must I contact regarding my query.
