What is so hard to send me transaction list showing balance before I went to credit facility that u say I used

I’m disappointed at FNB- below is my query I sent this morning, but instead of getting help the first two agents left me on the chat, the third one transferred me to collections I don’t know for what !! All I asked for is why am I billed R69 for credit facility, I’m aware of my conditions that should I use it I will be charged I’ve no problem with that but I do not recal using the facility hence I asked the agent to tell me at which point I used the credit facility, for what transaction and I need transaction details of where I was in terms of my own balance before I used the credit facility !! I dread of sending me this information Jamil ended the chat probably cause he can’t retrieve the requested information

Another agent came through and I asked for the same thing, she said on the 360 rands payment I went into the credit facility- I also asked her to send me transaction list that shows how much money I had and the balance before the 360 went through, cause I do not recall sitting on a minus on my account but if they say I was then can they send the account transaction and balance before the R360- same thing this agent could not submit requested information and just ended chat

The third agent decided to transfer me to “ collections” I don’t know what for !! Just asking a simple question and asking for transaction list d then showing me where and when did I use the credit facility took so long and ending my chats and transferring me everywhere, I started the chat around 9 or before 8am, it’s 2pm now I still have no answers, what is this FNB??

This is the query I send and follow up question, what is so difficult to just send this info to me ?? Morning, hope you are well, please assist, I need to know why you charged me R69 credit fee on 1st sept, because the trend and conditions of my overdraft is that I will pay for it if I used it, according to my knowledge I hand not used it, unless you can advise me when did I use it and I used how much ? Otherwise I need that R69 reversed please

Second request I asked why I'm charged R69 credit fee and he says cause I used the overdraft which I understand yes if I do I get billed but I finger recall using it ! He says I did so I asked when did I use it for which transactions and when was I lower than 29000, just asking for clarity and hesd checking an he now ended chat

I need transaction details that put me under 29k on the overdraft

I know terms of my overdraft is that only when I use it I will pay the credit fee, and I've no problem but now I'm not aware hence I'm asking

Can you send me this information??? That can’t be hard cause I just want to see it !! This is why I transact less at FNB now cause I get a headache here over mundane things daily
