What is Premier about FNB Premier banking?
I have a blocked loan and cannot access any money. After 10 calls and several complaints, FNB has told me that the revolving credit department has since been migrated and they have no phone number and you can only email them. I have wasted about 6-8 hours of my life over the last week and have not even moved one step forward. What is Premier Banking? I have been with FNB for 20 years and this used to mean something. Apparently, you now need to earn enough money to be a Private Wealth Banker so that you can speak to anyone with clout. I missed a debit order on a loan device in April, not sure how you miss a debit order when they debit you after your salary goes in but sure, let's just say that I missed it and it was my fault. lol. I was then told that there is a three-month penalty on the revolving loan as I missed a R409pm debit order. I immediately paid that account in full, including all the outstanding amounts. The device loan account is no longer active and has been paid in full. I have since after the assumed three-month penalty, paid up my revolving loan account in full with the hopes that I might need to access some of those funds, as I have a revolving loan account with FNB. But no....I have been told that I cannot access those monies as the account is blocked. I was then told that the tax information is out of date and that I had to update the tax information with the CRO department. I have since done that and even submitted signed forms for the process. After logging two complaints now, I am at my endpoint. No one has been able to put me through to a department that can help me. No one has been able to give me an answer as to why my account is blocked. No one has escalated my incident. No one has sent me correspondence. It seems that FNB's digital integration has taken away the customer service aspect and that you need to just ask a robot the same five questions before you get put through to the wrong department,
