What is going on with FNB??

I’ve been paying all my loans and credit card account on time and make sure that I don’t have any amount in arrears but to my surprise I get a letter from attorneys for a credit card account. Is there an account that I’m missing?? I checked even on the app and they all have 0.00 arrears. What is going on FNB?????
