What is going on FNB?

Terrible communication with customers so unhelpful. I have a loan with FNB, not my first one. I always pay my loans off way in advance. This time for some reason they debited me before I was paid on the 25th. I tried to call numerous times to explain I dont reveive my salary on a set date thus the reason I want my debit order as all the other debit orders to be set to the 1st of each month as I am paid by then. The 1st consultant at loans department just refused and imp**** I wanted to have my debit order completely removed. Like seriously? I sent emails, only after 2 weeks do I get a response that my loan debit order date is in line with my salary date. This makes no sense as they should see on my bank I am not paid the same day every month. They are requesting a letter from my employer regarding the salary date being inconsistent. I am furious and disappointed in FNB. Never did I expect this.
