WHAT IS GOING ON AT FNB? DO THEY WANT TO LOOSE CUSTOMERS?!

I would like to know what is going on at FNB?

Why is debit orders being returned as unpaid when there was money available in my account at the time of the debit order?!?!?!

Who is now going to pay for all of those unpaid fees?!?!?!

I have a credit/overdraft facility and by my calculations, there was still money in my account at the time of the debit orders!!

Can someone please phone me and explain to me what is going on?!?!?1
