What is going on.

It has been 10 days since I transferred upwards of R40 000.00 from abroad to my FNB account, after numerous emails, calls to every department and a branch visit, there are no funds in sight and apparently no one at FNB has the ability or knowledge to inform me as to where on Gods green earth my money is.

This is completely pathetic and the level of inadequacy and willingness to help is infuriating and terrifying!
