What is FNB Connect?

Would absolutely love to purchase a device and move my business from Vodacom to FNB. However when trying to bring business to FNB the following can be experienced.

First off the website is deeply flawed you are unable to enter the required inputs, to complete your transaction. The transaction flow also asked the incorrect questions. Example: Select a phone with a SIM -> Press Next -> Prompt me if I want a Sim -> ***?

Secondly after entering only half the inputs to complete an applcation (Number port completley missing) ... you submit the applicaiton to recieve a technical error.

So website cannot be used.

NEXT

You then get an SMS saying they working on it with a number to contact. Contact that number and you on hold for 30 mins plus.

Bottom line I am sticking to the Devil I know, because If I cannot even get service when I am trying to throw money at them, what are the chances getting service down stream?

I cannot believe this is a serious business, or an entity that just hangs on the coat tails of the brand. There is no way an independent service provider could survive, with out a decent infrastructure to take revenue from an interested customer.
