What is customer service?

Absolutely terrible customer service. Their app is touted as their mirracle platform where you can do all your banking. But when it does not work do not think you are getting hold of a human who can assist you. Even the premier client suite is not functioning with me waiting more than an hour for someone to talk to without success.
