What is a FNB 'month' ????

What do we all perceive a 'month' to be ? I would guess that 100% of us would say that it's one on the periods in a calendar year named January to December, correct ?? This what FNB call a month: "Please take note that your account cycle is from the 24th to the 23rd of the following month, this is the date that your monthly account fee and any other fees incurred is charged. It is also the dates in which your withdrawal limits are calculated from" So, a FNB month does not coincide with a calendar month but they don't inform you of that fact. They use the term 'month' which should be 'your account cycle period' !!!! How many FNB clients incur unnecessary account costs due to the fact that FNB's months are decided upon by money making factors ?? I am one such client who withdrew money over two calendar months yet incurred costs for the 'privilege' of accessing my own funds.
