What horrible service from FNB!!!!!

What horrible service!!!! FNB ATM swallowed my card on Thursday, after reporting this I was told my refund will be made in 48hours (they deducted money) and new card wil be delivered 3-5 business days. Today (Wednesday) when I followed up i get the same feedback, the refund will be made in 48hours and my new card 3-5 business days. I don't know what to do anymore, I just don't get any service from FNB!!! What the hell am I supposed to to without a card???
