What have you done with my large sum of money?

In June 2023 I opened a 32 day call account with you for a very larg amount and to this day I have yet to receive an email statement from you regarding my account. What have you done with my money??? I have looked on my FNB app and my money is not there. I am currently out of South Africa for 5 months and refuse to phone you from here so please let me know where to find my money. I have placed my South African number in the reference of this complaint so you can look up my email address and my account number. Please DO NOT try and call me on my South African cell number because I am NOT THERE. Thank you.
