What happened to TCF!!!

CAS-***3-q4P1T2 someone needs to call me asap! Ur online chat platform is ********** and agents cut calls. I need this downgrade downe asap. The agent I spoke to yesterday said she logged the call successfully and it takes 24hrs. Yet I call today and am told no call was logged. FnB overall service really sucks
