What happened to slow lounge access?

The key reason for moving our business banking to FNB was for the ability to use the Slow lounge as we travel often and need to work while in transit. When we signed up I believe we had six visits per month and there were no restrictions on how long before the flight we could access the lounge.

Two months ago we have received a bill of over R1000 for visits to the lounge without any warning when checking in that we would be charged. Today I was turned away because I was \too early for my flight"(100 minutes prior to boarding). The very essence of a business lounge is a place for business people who are travelling to work while they wait for their flights.

Although I understand the need to limit the access due to congestion in the lounge"
