WHAT HAPPENED TO MY MONEY?

Can someone please investigate and explain to me what happened to the money that was send to me via cellphone banking dd: 14/05 as cash send that i still didn't receive.

The amout was R200 and it was sent to the no ***.. I was supposed to receive it as cash send. On his side it went through but was never withdrawn and i'm still waiting for a notification from the 14th.
