What happened to free card delivery?
I am a Platinum card holder at FNB. Both my credit card and cheque card will expire at the end of the month. I was notified by bank that it will happen and I was happy. BUT then they told me that I have to collect at my branch. When I switched over they delivered at my work, but now I have to collect at the bank. And I still hear that they advertise free delivery.<br> I waited MORE than an hour at the branch this morning to collect my card. Time is money and I cannot waste time like that!!! Unfriendly service as well.
