What free airtime ?

Very confused with your new \Free Airtime Rewards"effective 1 July 2015. I purchased goods to value of R271.74 on 23 July at Checkers. According to July statement it says you should get R5 prepaid airtime for every R100 spent at Checkers - so I should get R10 free airtime. When I dial *130*321# to claim this it states \"" You have no free airtime available ??? How does this work then ?? """
