What FNB did for me cuts deep. I did an Ewallet to my cellphone on Sunday and got an error when i tried withdrawing. I called FNB on Monday and I was told that my money is there even though it’s showing 0 on *120*277# and I should create a new pin, tried that to a total fail it kept on asking me to open easy zero account. I went to the branch and the guy helped me and called FNB ewallet services where I was told that my money is hanging because I haven’t used Ewallet in a long time, that time I’m carrying a sick baby with a referral letter to the hospital. I showed the manager who tried to no help at all. I’m hurt 😢 I want nothing to do with this bank again after getting my money. I guess my baby will have to wait for 14days before getting the medical assistance he needs since fnb decided to withhold his money.
