What do I need to do to get my correct personal details reflected on my bank statements??

I have been trying to change my personal details on my online banking and bank statements for months, specifically changing my title from "Miss" to "Dr". My last interaction involved a 20 min phone call with one of my "Premium" team of bankers in February 2022, who promised me that on my 1 March bank statement my title would be correct. I have just downloaded my bank statement (24 April) and my title still reflects as "Miss" on my statement. At least my address is finally correct (it took me two bank visits and a phone call to finally get that corrected on my statements - the address FNB put on my statements previously doesn't even exist).
