what disgusting service and what a *******

I have my money in an investment which was advised by Fnb to invest in a flexi investment acc, where I have particial access to the funds up to 15% that could be drawn from it, I had drawn some funds not all 15% as there was a need, now there is a bigger need to get funds and when I try to access it I was told I cannot as I used my 2 withdrawals, news to me? Then I told them to get a temp loan they refused to assist, I then told them to release my money, they wanted a motivation letter, I sent it, but now they want to take R1000 as penalty charges, maturity date is 14th May, so far I only accured R200 some odd as interest whilst it was invested, how can this be? An investment that was supposed to work in my favor, my money they allowed them to lend to others bringing them more money due to interest yet I won't get the loan I need pre-approved for R67k but can't get a fraction of it, my money must now be charged if I want it and at a ridiculous price, all of which is not specified on their t' & c's yet get this they willing to bring the charge down to R750 now a manager was supposed to get back to me today by COB, but it's not the case, am I now not valued coz I want my money?
