WHAT BUSINESS BANKERS ? THERES NO SUCH THING!

I have bought a business in May which is in good standing. We have no overdrafts, credit cards or loans.

I have since may tried to remove the old directors with updated CIPC documents - yet I get no assistance. My personal banker even sent emails with the updated CIPC documents to the business bankers last week - yet we have received no response.

I am definitely advising anyone who thinks about paying all the fees with FNB to have “Personal Bankers” that it is all a marketing gimmic. I have received only good service from Capitec Business (WITHOUT THE EXTRA FEES) and I am definitely moving all my accounts there - SOON!

We needed vehicle finance, No. But Standard Bank helped us. We needed an overdraft for expanding, No. But Capitec helped us.

So much for personalised service!
