WHAT BULL**** IS THAT

<p>Okay not sure why I can’t find a link to make a comment on your page, I suppose I must be the IDIOT or you people have so many complaints that you removed the option. I am both a business and personal client with your bank short of a miracle that you financed 2 vehicles for me.</p> <p>because your organization somehow always has some excuse or the other not to help when the help is really needed. To the point that I will never ask you for assistance in anything again,</p> <p>BUT this bull**** I can't let go, you sold me a cellphone which the battery short of exploding in my hand. I found it completely exposed and the device no longer working. I called you twice on the first call I was told that apparently this was a common problem and that you are not repairing these devices anymore due to no spares being available. someone was meant to call me back in 2 - 3 days which did not happen.</p> <p>Today 2 weeks later I called, then this is where the BULL****!!! starts your lady tells me all of the same **** of no longer repairing these devises and gives me one option of choosing from 2 devices as a replacement which will cost me extra and that you will cancel the current contract and open a new one. WHAT BULL**** IS THAT why should I have to be the one to pay for another contract because the device you sold me malfunctioned. I don't need another contract with you, what I need is for the devices I paid for this last 12 months to be either fixed or replaced.</p> <p>STOP ****ING PEOPLE AROUND</p>
