What am i to do ??

<p>i would like a balance statement for my personal loan. i know i have been handed over. but why is this so dificult? i woul like some-one to mail this statement to me because i am requesting it! i do not have to explain why i would like to know how much i still owe ?? but i cannot for the life of me get through on 087*575*0090 (i have been holding for almost an hour ..... )</p> <p>i do not have a car so i cannot just hop in it and go the the mall. furthermore, i cannot take time off work either. so what am i to do?</p> <p>please can some-one just email me a statement for the balance i am still owing on my personal loan?? is this so hard for FNB ?</p>
