What a waste of time!!!
<p>I went to fnb forest hill city mall in Pretoria (Centurion). I have been given a ticket number anbd i waited patiently for my time. The estimated qeuing time was 39 minutes. After 45 mintues a guy came from checkers and he was given privelege over all of us who waited on the benches. I went to ask why they gave him specialised treatment. i was told he had a different case. I know that everyone has different needs but we must be treated equally and fair. FNB should know that they are not the only option availabl. Please solve the poor service at the Fores Hill City Mall before it is too late.</p>
