What a ****ty ongoing experience from FNB

I am so irritated. I raised a hello peter complaint, and they just respond on here with some bogus case number that means nothing!

I am still unable to claim form my policy because NO ONE answers, or I get redirected the whole time. I am constantly being called and harassed by their call centres. Can someone just help me. This is terrible service. I need to claim!!!!!
