<p>Once again RB Jacobs has taken Customer Care to a new level. We had issues with my husband's account today and after getting no joy from the call centre or bank, we forwarded our query to RB and it took less than 2 hours to have the issue resolved.</p> <p>Being in Customer Care myself I believe that is FANTASTIC service delivered!!!</p>
