FNB is not able to carry out the ombudsman OBS rules 9.4.4 to protect his clients against ******* deductions from companies. The rule makes it clear that if requested from a client that company must be stop to deduct any amount at any date to be deducted again. BUT AFTER 9 MONTH THEY STILL CAN'T DO THE JOB or they see the client as un important as well as the OBS
