What a pleasure to with Bronae

I would just like to thank Ms Bronae Bronae Adams-Martin for always doing that extra bit even though it is not required nor expected of her.<br> <br> After many months of convincing I eventually got my wife to move over to FNB. The online application last week was a disaster and the 'switch under 10 minutes' is as true as saying that this is a first world country. I ended up looking like the fool because I just keep on telling my wife how good FNB is, even though nobody even bothered to phone her back.<br> <br> After speaking to 4 people today I eventually reverted my private banker. Bronae was the only person that got someone to phone my wife. Even though the outcome was not favourable as my wife needs to go to a branch to open an account!? <br> <br> This is just one incident where Bronae showed that she actually care about her clients and is willing to going that extra mile - there are numerous other occasions where she was just as fantastic! I take my hat off to you Ms Adams-Martin - FNB definitely needs more employees like yourself. <br> <br> Many thanks!
