What a pleasure dealing with FNB

On 17 December I took my domestic helper to Absa to assist her in opening an account. On receiving shocking service from the ABSA branch at Benmore, we went next door to FNB. There we were greeted by a smiling hostess who checked the documents so as to avoid unnecessary waiting. We were faced by no fewer than four occupied consultant booths (at Absa the three consultant offices were empty) and after waiting fewer than two minutes we were efficiently and pleasantly assisted by Khutso who opened the account in less than 10 minutes. I was so delighted by the great service, I returned two weeks later to open an account for myself. Next week I'll be assisting another of my employees to also open an FNB account. Way to go FNB and Khutso at Benmore!
