What a pathetic bank Ever *****s drawing statements for account that is closed.

I closed the account last year September 2020 because of the *****, *****s were taking money from my account and fnb investigation group couldn't resolved it hence I left the bank. March 2021 my information was used to open a credit card at nedbank using the account from fnb.. How did they manage to open it and get statements for the account that us closed. I left the bank because is pathetic now my information is being used for what the hell, my credit is being tarnished.
