What a Nightmare

My deceased husband a British citizen passed away on 8th Feb.2017 before my husband death he has asked me how it works in S.A regarding a will and I have advised him to use his bank FNB as his executives and seeing things today I could kick myself. In order for me to make funeral arrangements Iv'e immediately informed FNB . My husband was not even buried and I received a call for them to view the estate which I rejected and about a week after the funeral I contacted them and I was asked to come to their office in George from Mossel Bay. I was asked to fill in and signed some forms at this time I was crying and was not in a clear mind frame and was told just to sign and they will fill in the rest up till this day Iv'e got no knowledge of what I have signed. When I asked them for financial support, they emailed me a form stating that I never filled in my bank info. if I could fill it in I was shocked to see that I dated the form 1917 and that was'int even picked up by them. Then again having the will for months they noticed that the first page was not signed by my husband and that the will was invalid but before that I received about 3 calls from a gentleman from their Port Elizabeth branch saying that the first page is not signed and he can assist me and I then referred him to FNB and the name of the person I have been dealing with but it just went cold. Last year they ask me for the registration/Deed papers of the house to transfer it on my name and up till this day still waiting but to my knowledge an Endor*****t only takes not more than 6 weeks. Then last year I was involved in an accident someone reversed into me and when I called the executives branch I was told that the insurance are sorting it out and when I asked just over a month ago for the insurance contact details to sort it out myself, I was told the claim was'int even registered yet and I had to go back to the panel beating shop of their choice to take pic's again and this I did 2 weeks ago. Sometimes in May/ June they transferred money of the estate to my account this suppose to have been the final payment and when I queried the amount I was told that there are still money in the estate and they waiting on SARS and then again the manager is having a meeting with SARS. What I do not understand why they want to involve SARS when my deceased husband is a non citizen, never worked in S.A , never had any shares, nor had property he rented out to make money, had non resident banking account and +- 2 years in South Africa.
