What a JOKE!!!!

I cannot wait to move over to Nedban**** FNB have NO idea about customer service. I have been trying to cancel my Share saver and Share builder investment accounts for the past 10 days. I've tried calling in... I've tried the private Banker chat (what a joke - you talk to a robot). And I have gotten nowhere! And the scheduled payment just went off my account now again! Looks like they take advantage of the current COVID situation and ***** the customer even more.

I call Nedbank and you actually get to talk to a human and get your issue resolved. And it doesn't take 30 min waiting on a call to do so either.

I want my Share saver and Share builder accounts cancelled!!!
