what a joke!
I have a problem with my overdraft account. The number in the sms does NOT work... I phone the call centre... worst mistake I have ever made. I have been on the line for 45min and still no one can help me!!! They just put me through to the next person and the next person... even the over draft department told me they don't work with the over draft. I was shocked!! The last guy put me through to the credit apartment after 15 minutes on hold I just gave up!! YOU GUYS SUCK!!! I'm moving to a better bank.
