What a joke!
I walk into FNB Bryanston to pick up a replacement card. I take my ticket and wait. I am assisted by Tsholo who upon receiving my temporary ID informs me that I need an affidavide along with my OFFICIAL HOME AFFAIRS ISSUED DOCUMENT. As such I leave the premesis having not achieved what I had intended after sitting in traffic to get there in the first place. Needless to say I am not at all happy at the state of affairs and would like a solution asap.
