What a joke

I have requested my tax certificate a week ago and I am still waiting. Their automated response said 48hours before they respond, but I have sent multiple emails with no communication.

I am very tempted to pull my home loan and just close my account with FNB completely.

This bank is a joke.

Ned bank sent me the statement the next day, I am still waiting on FNB. Disappointed, disgusted, Do better.
