what a horrible experience

<p>I opened a fnb business account online a little over a month ago. I recieved an email to send documents which I did I got a reference number REF:*** the following day I was requested to send documents again and I sent them again and recieved another ref:***. I then tried to call account opening 4 different occasions was on hold for 35min, 45min,1h30 20min respectively. I then went to a fnb branch who Re scanned my docs and sent them. I was told to call to remove hold on account. I laughed and told them no one answers. I then tried to call in their presence and indeed no one answered. Then I called a different department with amazement I got a response within 1min the continued to inform me they can't pick up anything on their side I should call account opening I explained no one answers. This activity continued until I decided to complain via their *** was I assisted? NOPE instead 2days later I was given a complaint ref 922414. I called again 2days later through the complaint department which informed me that her manager will call to tell me how to proceed. Did I get a call? NOPE so I then called complaints to cancel everything and that I'll go to another bank which I did. I went to nedbank. What great service I recieved I was assisted and my account opened. A month after such war I get a text and email informing me that my account has been inactive/ no payment into the account..... what a joke I just called to request they close my account as I do not want to bank with them but I don't want any calls about owing anything as I got no service. If you have a new business do not I repeat DO NOT use fnb</p>
