What a fantastic experience

Madel was so kind and empathetic when I brought my elderly parents in to assist with their concerns. My father is not well and they were very emotional and had so many concerns and Madel dealt with them in such a gentle manner and at no time did Madel show impatience. What really blew me away was that a few days later she phoned to find out how my father was doing. Thank you FNB for having staff that truly know the meaning of compassion and kindness. I would also like to say that the staff at N1 city branch are truly amazing. Whilst the branch was very busy, the staff really go out of their way to make banking a pleasant experience. Hats off to this branch!
