WHAT A DISGRACE!!

Once again you guys are a BIG disappointment!!! I have put just enough money in my account for the loans to go off and what do you guys do...debit twice!!!!! Now I can't get hold of any of you as the phone keeps getting put down or the phone line is closed. What a shock! You are pathetic!! Now once you guys reverse that payment, you are going to charge ME again for your mistakes. In a time where I can't afford it. I've been with you guys all my life and now disappointment after disappointment. I will NEVER bank with you again and I will take my business elsewhere.
