What a disappointment
I must say I am disappointed. FNB was, in my opinion, the best bank and as such, I have purchased 2 properties with them and moved all my accounts from Nedbank to FNB. Now with the COVID-19 outbreak, I have app**** for relief on the app as requested on three occasions and I have heard nothing from my bank. From what I hear it's also not much of an offer as you just get a loan with additional interest added, unlike what ABSA has offered. I will be seriously looking at other banks after this as we need assistance on both personal and company capacity and FNB is nowhere to be found.

In light of the strain everyone is experiencing under COVID-19 it's more than acceptable, that said the system does need streamlining. Thank you for the service and quick response. All I need now is for the commercial side to finalize my application as well.
