What a disappointment :(

I regret the day I opened an account at FNB. To begin with, I only opened the account because of their VISA facilities as I needed a way to easily receive USD payments. My USD (sending account) clears transactions within 24 hours but for some reason it takes up to 5 days to reflect on my FNB account??? This has lead to "no funds" penalty charges that ranges anything from 50% to 400%.. Are you serious?! .

I've contacted FNB about this before and half of the unjustifiable penalty charges were refunded. I'm still waiting for the rest... On top of that I recently got charged with a "no funds" penalty of up to 400% (again!!!) even though it clearly stated at the time that the funds were available. I'm tired of constantly needing to contact them to sort out these issues. I don't recommend FNB.
