What a champ

I thought I would post my experience with this particular employee here, in hopes that he gets the recognition he so rightly deserves. Having tried unsuccessfully to get some assistance with even the most basic of information around personal loans from the many call centres or even my platinum personal banker, I was about ready to move banks. Call after call i was just fed different information and transferred to a million different departments who really weren't interested in helping me. <br> I then thought i would try contact my local branch and reached an employee by the name of Theo Skippers. I cant stress how efficient and helpful he was. In the last 6 months he has assisted me with multiple loan and home loan applications while explaining the ins and outs of each in detail. This has allowed me to go these routes feeling completely comfortable and in the end i'm much better off for it. Please if you are able to, thank this great employee, as he really goes beyond the call of duty.
