WESBANK & FIRST NATIONAL BANK
FNB & WESBANK I need a way forward. I took loans your two entities (RMB & WESBANK), i was paying them monthly. I got into financial issue, I think that's where I saw how ***** you are - 1. 2023 September my account with FNB was R6000 & arrears was R3800.00 there was company that called me & advised that I was handed over & when they mentioned the amount I owe R180000 this was after 6month of none payment from me. Jan 2024 you send me an sms stating my loan insurance lapsed. So this means that the R6000.00 inclusive of amount in Arrears is/was suppose to be as i last paid (this is suppose to be in 2024) 2. WESBANK, Direct Axis powercashloans as you call it... on my banking App the amount of R11000 never went down, however on the statement you send me 2023, I was owing R7000.00 with amount in Arrears. WESBANK never even provided insurance sms.
before I go ahead spue what I don't want... I want to pay off my loans, but first can someone make me understand how the above mentioned happens. Also once done can you give me ombudsman for FSP because I can't do this anymore. my contact number is ***.

I need to understand your process PLEASE, seeing that I am stupid and my account seems to be moved from one to company to another.
I didn't agree with anyone on how I am going to pay this account besides you FNB....
but I guess ombudsman will school me on this.
