Wesbank doesn’t assist it’s customers

So how long should I wait for the cross boarder letter from Wesbank? I am still waiting for the letter & what’s taking long now? No one communicated with me since I send the email requesting the letter. Why is Wesbank treating customers like dirt? I have sent all documents requested.
