Wesbank credit rejected

I am a FNB private client and as a private client had some great service offerings such as a credit card with a generous limit and an overdraft. I accepted all of these. I am a extremely disciplined person who never spends beyond my means and as a result both these accounts (credit and cheque) are not a single rand in the red.

Now here comes the dilemma - I was rejected by Wesbank for motor vehicle finance despite the fact that I have absolutely zero debt (except my home loan), because of the limits on my credit card and cheque account. I am really not impressed that these type of implications are not explained to customers when they are offered overdrafts and credit cards. I am seriously considering moving banks as this is not the first unhappiness I am having.
