I paid the amount which was supposed to have been paid, now you want to charge me ridiculous pro - rata fees before account is closed, I will not pay those fees. I was told to pay specific amount, and that is exactly what I have done, you will not get 1 extra cent out of me. Close my account as instructed, I am done.
