Went above and beyond!

I have never dealt with FNB before but, having opened a PayPal account, I had trouble setting up an online profile to link to. I went into the Branch at Bayside Mall and Louis Mana went above and beyond to help me out. It was such a pleasure dealing with him and he explained everything so well (sometimes he needed to do this a few times LOL). Who knew going to the bank could be so easy and enjoyable!
