Well done Sammy Marks branch

A shout-out to the manager and her colleague, from FNB Sammy Marks. They came to assist me in the hospital. They were helpful and compassionate. Despite the rudeness of the call center agent they persevered until my profile was unblocked. There are people in FNB that will go the extra mile, thank you for that.
