I called FNB and spoke to an individual that was very rude and miserable when I requested to speak to a team leader who then put me through to an young well manned and disciplined women "Priscilla ngema" who really took the time and effort to assists me as the client.
I just want the bank to know that a person like her is always an assists to the company and companies are always looking for people like her
