Well done FNB! Nedbank fail!

<p>Today my wife went to fetch a bank card from Nedbank. Long sory short, Nedbank refused because she did not have a FICA document. They SMS telling the card is ready requested ID, but did not mention FICA documents. My wife ten walked to FNB branch to see if they could help with a statement. Since we do not have street postal delivery in our area, they did not, but Teboho Tsotetsi at the Festival Mall branch bent over backwards to try and help. He even gave my wife his e-mail address so I could mail our Eskom account to him, which he printed for her. Nedbank refused to accept this Eskom account which they have accepted the past 14 years. Their reason? The street address only contains the suburb, not the town as well. Thank you Teboho and FNB. Huge shout out to you. </p>
