Well done FNB Meyerton

I want to thank FNB Meyerton in general, the entire staff is excellent. I have watched them closely over the years and they pay attention to the elderly, they continuously move up and the que asking "have you been assisted", "would you like an extra chair to sit down" etc. I would like to make special mention of Mondli Freedom Vilakazi. I had a complex problem with my banking needs and it required a lot of his time and it was close to impossible to resolve the issue. He took it upon himself to thoroughly understand the history of the problem, he asked questions, he checked records, he called head office, he kept me up to date with progress and my banking needs where met. A job well done Mr Freedom Vilakazi thank you. Thank you also to the entire team including the security officers at FNB Meyerton
